Recipe: Lara-Banana Bowl
Ingredients:
- Bananas
- Larabar (any flavor)
- Agave
- Cinnamon
Inspired by cereals which can have unhealthy ingredients. We start with bananas and a larabar and add in spices found in one’s favorite cereal.
Chop up the banana and larabar finely. Easier than eating the entire banana but one avoids the sugar-spike of a smoothie.
