Peel a mango with a peeler! Then spice it up with (sea) salt, lime, and ground chili powder. Am I the only one that has not used a peeler? I don’t even eat carrots so my so-called “carrot” peeler sits unused. I need to get these sticks.
This is a good example of putting sea salt on healthy food to first get one’s necessary salt intake. The salt also satisfies our natural desire for salt so we are less likely to want unhealthy salty food such as potato chips and french fries.
